Subscription Policy

How your membership works

• Monthly: $17 CAD + tax, charged automatically every month on the date you joined.
• Annual: $170 CAD + tax, charged once for 12 letters (one per month). Renews automatically every 12 months.

Your membership continues until you cancel. You'll get an email receipt for every charge, and annual members get a reminder before renewal.

Managing your membership

Log in to Manage membership to skip a month, update your address or payment method, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. You can also email hello@tiredandambitious.com and we'll do it for you.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime, with no fees. Cancelling stops future charges. Any letters you've already paid for will still be mailed. All sales are final; refunds for months that have not been shipped are explained in our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll retry it and email you. If we can't collect payment, your membership will be paused until your payment method is updated.

Price changes

If membership prices change, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your membership.
