Refund Policy

All sales are final

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Every letter is designed, printed and prepared in advance, so once a letter has been shipped it cannot be refunded. The only refunds we offer are for months that have not been shipped yet, as explained below.

Monthly memberships

If you cancel before the monthly cut-off date (the 20th), and that month's letter has not been shipped, you can be refunded for that month. Once a letter has been shipped, that month's payment is final. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Annual memberships

If you cancel your annual membership, you can be refunded for the months that have not yet been shipped. Letters that have already been shipped are final.

Gifted memberships

Gifted memberships are final sale. A gifted membership can be cancelled before the cut-off date (the 20th) of its first month, before the first letter is shipped.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email hello@tiredandambitious.com with your name and order number. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Lost, damaged or bent letters

Letters are sent as standard lettermail with postage stamps, so there is no tracking. If your letter gets lost in the mail, arrives damaged or there is any other issue, email hello@tiredandambitious.com and we'll make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
