When will my first letter arrive?
Letters ship by stamped mail during the last week of each month, so they arrive as the new month begins. Join by October 23rd to receive November's letter.
Is there tracking?
Letters are mailed with stamps and sent as standard lettermail, so there is no tracking number.
Can I skip a month or cancel?
Yes. Skip, switch plans or cancel anytime from Manage membership. Letters you have already paid for will still be mailed.
How do gift memberships work?
Choose 3, 6 or 12 months, enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a note. Their first letter includes your message.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Every letter is sent as lettermail with standard postage stamps, so there is no delivery tracking.
