Shipping Policy

Free shipping, always

Shipping is included in every membership. There is never an extra shipping charge.

When letters ship

Letters ship by stamped mail during the last week of each month, so they arrive around the start of the new month.

Monthly cutoff

Join or order a gift by the 20th to receive that month's letter. Orders placed after the 20th start with the following month's letter. For example, join between October 1 and 20 and your first letter is the November letter; join on October 21 or later and you start with December.

Tracking

Letters are mailed with stamps and sent as standard lettermail, so there is no tracking number.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Within Canada, Canada Post delivery usually takes 2–9 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

Address changes

Update your mailing address anytime in Manage membership. Changes made after the 20th may apply from the following month's letter.
