the case study
is me.
Everything inside the Mail Club is something I tried on myself first, through the tired years, the false starts and the slow rebuilding. This is that story, and why I now send it to you.
The dream that kept coming back
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to build something of my own. Not just a job, but a life I had designed on purpose.
And for a long time, I kept losing my way. I would get tired, get overwhelmed, and end up right back where I started, in a 9-to-5, wondering why the dream felt so far away.
If you have ever felt ambitious and exhausted at the same time, you already know this part of the story.
Falling, and getting back up
I took big leaps. Some of them ended with me flat on my face. I let other people's doubts become my own, talked myself out of things I believed in, and tried idea after idea that did not work.
Failing feels heavy. You feel embarrassed for trying, and a little foolish for hoping.
But here is what I learned: most people never even notice. The only person keeping score is you. So I stopped keeping score, and started keeping notes.
The best part about failing? Nobody was really watching. So learn from it, and go again.
Collecting the pieces
Through all of it, I never stopped believing it would work out. I read everything I could about mindset, manifestation, business and money.
I wrote letters to myself. I made vision boards. I tested small things, one day at a time, and kept what worked.
Slowly, a system started to form: a handful of simple practices that actually moved me forward, even on the tired days.
Starting again, on purpose
So I rebuilt. Quietly, patiently, one step at a time.
I started teaching Pilates. I started sharing recipes and creating again, simply for the joy of it. And somewhere along the way, the spark I thought I had lost came back.
Now I am taking everything I have learned, and am still learning, and turning it into something I am truly proud of. Something that helps you build your own foundation, one month and 1% at a time.
Trust the process. Get a little better at it every month.
I never stopped believing it would work out. I just stopped WAITING for it to. So I built a system, one small, proven step at a time, and I put it in an envelope.
every piece is a practice I lived first
Years of books, notebooks and trial and error, distilled into a few simple pieces you can actually use. Open each one to see where it came from.
01 The postcardA letter from your future self
02 The reflection cardMany books, distilled into one page
03 The recipe cardCreative energy, on purpose
04 The action cardsomething fun to step out of comfort
05 The heartfelt letterthe intention for the month & positive energy
I struggle with it too. that is why this works.
Something to work towards
Every envelope has a built-in check-in. And knowing another letter is already on its way gives you a gentle deadline: a reason to take this month's step before the next one arrives.
Someone to show up for
Creating a new letter for you every single month keeps me in practice. You are the reason I keep showing up, and I want every envelope to be worth the wait.
if I would not want it, I would not send it.
Your time, your money and your attention matter. So every piece is curated with care, every design is considered, and every letter is signed by hand.
This is not a box of filler. It is something I would genuinely want in my own mailbox, built to have real substance and to be worth every minute you give it.
this is
chapter one.
The Mail Club is the foundation: the tools and practices that changed things for me. There is more on the way, and members will be the first to know.
